The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

We enjoyed our stay with Vassily who is a very nice, attentive and responsive host who really cares for his guests. We had serious problems with the water and did not appreciate the ruin (noisy at night) next to the appartment (actually next to the main bedroom). However, we liked the location, the neighboorhood and the beautiful beach.

A great family experience! Upon entering the apartment, my family and I were blown away by the beautiful setting. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. With the large windows overlooking the water, you can experience the beach even when you’re relaxing inside. The apartment is so open, and filled with natural light. It’s well equipped for an extended getaway, complete with comfortable beds. (Vasiliy) was the main point of contact for all concerns however, his wife, Nadia, was beyond a “gracious hostess” who worked hard to provide a five star AIRBNB experience. She puts forth genuine concern and effort in everything that she does. Even with the language barrier, I felt she communicated through her thoughtfulness. They both had lots of great suggestions for things to do, and even offered a cheaper transportation service than the local taxis. It was truly the whole package!

Vasiliy, his wife and team were second to none. This was our first time in the DR and we will be back! We had arranged transportation from the airport with Vasiliy. They were waiting for us (Vasiliy's wife, Nadia) and we had a short drive to the apartment. Upon arriving at the apartment the balcony will be the first thing you notice. It is very spacious with a large table perfect for dining outdoors! It has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The apartment was spotless and even decorated for the holidays! They provided us with plenty of towels, drinking water, and even cleaned the apartment half way through our stay for free. The bedrooms were all spacious, had air conditioning, comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped if you would like to cook any of your own meals. Vasiliy was able to arrange golf and transportation for us everyday, as that was the purpose of our trip. We didn't take advantage of any excursions but he can take care of that, as well. The beach area is great! Many chairs are available for guests/tenants of this building! The apartment was perfect! Exactly what we had hoped for! All in all, this was one of the best vacation experiences that my family and I have been blessed to enjoy! Vasiliy, his family and team were a BIG part of that. I can't thank them enough! If you are going to DR, use Vasiliy to book your stay. You will be very happy you did!

Nous avons décidé d'aller en république dominicaine passe 8 jours avec mon épouse et notre fille, pour la première fois, étant habités aux hôtels de luxe pour ce type de vacances, nous avions un peu hésité à louer un appartement. Mais suite à ces 8 jours passés dans l'appartement de Vasiliy, nous revenons enchantés par notre séjour, car tout était au rendez vous. La gentillesse de son accueil, l'accompagnement au long de notre séjour quelque soit la question, avec réponse assurée et immédiate de sa part. Un service au petits soins. En ce qui concerne le logement, il est tout simplement incroyable, vous avez une vue depuis la terrasse solarium à couper le souffle, vous avez quasiment les pieds dans l'eau, tellement le logement est sur la plage. L'appartement est très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et possède plus de matériel de qualité que nécessaire. L'appartement est complètement équipé de climatisation, et de gros ventilateurs plafonniers, mais il est tellement bien ventilé étant en bord de mer, que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de faire fonctionner la climatisation pendant notre séjour où nous avons eu plus de 90 % du temps super ensoleillé. A préciser que la plage au pied du logement (50 m) est magnifique, propre et entretenue quotidiennement par un plagiste. on peut aussi y pratiquer de nombreuses activités nautiques. Super plage de sable blanc, avec un niveau de sécurité très appréciable. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour en République Dominicaine chez Vasiliy, et nous sommes certains que la prochaine fois nous relouerons chez Vasiliy, car nous trouvons que c'était mieux avec beaucoup plus de liberté que si nous avions été à l’hôtel comme d'habitude. Je vous conseille de louer chez Vasiliy, et vivre la même expérience. Merci pour tout et à très bientôt. Marie, Maeva et Alfonso qui reviendront sans hésiter une minute.
