It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Beautiful and safe place, surrounded by beach and sand. All night life is just a 5-10 min drive away as well as the restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! had an amazing time.

Stay at Vasiliy’s place was great. It’s not our first time in Punta Cana, but each time we choose Vasiliy and his team as they truly understand hospitality and their guests’ needs. Their attention to details and devotion to their work is incredible. I’m grateful to Vasiliy for the time he spent with us, he showed us some beautiful local spots, organized our transportation. The place is as described. Location is great, we enjoyed some restaurants that are 2-5 minutes away. The view from the rooftop is incredible especially at sunsets. Every time we are not even slightest disappointed. Felt at home and safe. Make sure to bring cash with you and do not book excursions from strange people on the beach. If you need help with it just ask Vasiliy, at least he can provide the best guidance and help you avoid cheating. We will be back in the summer and will choose one of Vasiliy’s properties to stay at. That says it all.

Nice Stay Overall Pros: The view from the top terrace was my favorite, condo sits right on the beach, there are restaurants in walking distance (Kat's Corner). If you'd like to do excursions there are places within walking distance to assist with that, taxis are also nearby to go to downtown Punta Cana 15mins away nice restaurants and shops also Cocobongo. Host we're friendly and quick to help in any way. Cons: furniture wasn't very white like in pictures especially patio furniture, but I guess it's hard to keep white. BBQ grill and kitchen weren't very clean.
