It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. From beginning to end, this was the perfect trip and mostly due to this home and it's owners. Vasiliy and Alex were awesome to deal with and were always available. The location of the home is perfect and the views from every room were amazing. It's also very safe. We traveled with our teenagers who of course wandered, and we were never worried. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to spread out. There were tons of lounge chairs and umbrellas always available. Walk to all restaurants and some shopping. You'll need to take the city bus to get to the big grocery store/shopping but we never did that. Just get some snacks and alcohol at BAM and eat out at dinner. Vasiliy will arrange anything you want. Of course the guys on the beach would love to help you too! My kids went parasailing right off our beach. Vasiliy provides plenty of water. The AC costed us $99 for the week. The stairs were no big deal unless you have bad knees. Plenty of towels/beach towels were provided and nice big ones! This place is amazing and I highly recommend it!!! We just got home and I am already trying to figure out how to get back. Thanks Vasiliy and Alex!!

wow, what a location! Right on the beach! In this place you sleep to the sound of waves. Wake up to an unbelievable sunrise. And have fresh ocean breeze all day long. Never stayed in a better place. The host, Vasili, is super nice. Both, him and his team, are professional and super helpful. Everything was as described or better. I'll definitely go back. Only had a short stay because of an important meeting, but what a place to stay. The only regret - I didn't take another day to stay and enjoy the phenomenal beach. This must be one of the most amazing beaches in the world. Hands down, the best I've seen. And you stay right on it! Seriously, you owe it to yourself to sleep like that, and then go to the most relaxing walk of your life!

It's an amazing place and location. We felt like a tsar and the royal family in this excellent beach pod. The host was super nice and proactive and thanks to his advice we went to see places we didn't know about, which made our short stay much more remarkable. Highly recommended!

What a great location!! You cannot get any closer to the beach! The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The rooftop deck has amazing sunset views! Also, just a short walk to the market, restaurants and bars! Vasiliy and Alex were great hosts, and were super helpful with suggestions and arranging our transportation. I definitely recommend this place!

Vasiliy and his team work hard to make sure your stay goes well. They are honest and truly care about your experience at their property and in Punta Caña. We had an issue with the WiFi and the pool was being repainted during our stay. Vasiliy had the WiFi repaired the next morning. If it wasn't for those small issues the stay would have been perfect. I definitely would stay at one of his properties again.
