It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Nadia's place is as described. The staff was very accommodating and rendered good hospitality. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning which consisted of toast, fruit, coffee, and juice. Room was cleaned daily. The staff was also very helpful with booking excursions and directing us to the local hang out spots. The neighborhood very walkable and safe and a great departure from the resort experience. Just prior to my trip I read a recent review regarding the odor with the water in the shower. I was hoping it had been resolved/ addressed per Nadia's response to the poster. Unfortunately I was not spared this experience. Clearly it was tolerable but would definitely preferred it not be a part of my experience/ stay. Otherwise everything was great!

El apartamento es comodo y bien cerca de la playa,esta en una zona residencial tranquila, a pocos minutos de bares,restaurantes,supermercados etc. Vasiliy el anfitrión se esmera porque todo esté bien durante la estadía.

Vasiliy and his team were great hosts for our 1 night stay. They helped arrange transportation from the airport to the airbnb for our arrival and for our departure to a nearby resort. Recommendations were also provided on things to do around Punta Cana and Vasiliy provided details for his own agency that helps coordinate expeditions and other fun things. All in all, a fun 1 night stay in a nice condo with tons of space.

We made the decision to stay at Vasiliy's place based on reviews, pictures and location. I can tell you you will not be disappointed. We really enjoy our stay at this property, had a lot of fun and wish we had stayed longer. Vasiliy was available since day one and was doing daily check ups to make sure everything was fine and in case we needed any guidance. I really appreciated his availability and guidance letting me know about places to go and offering the tours. The apartment is in a gated community that has a club with a nice pool which was convenient after spending the day at the beach. The apartment is decent size and have a terrace where during 2 nights we did a barbecue for the family. The apartment ventilation is good since it is on a second floor but get really hot during the day and night so we slept with the AC on and have fans running in all other areas during our stay. The electrical bill came up to about $8.5 dollars a day which was not cheap but acceptable. Even though you can go to a few places walking or by taxi , if you are planning to make several trips, it makes sense to rent a car.There are several beaches within a 5-20 minutes drive and lots of tours to do. We will definitely come back and give referrals to our friends to book with you.

El departamento (en un hotel) es muy bien pero hay alguna cosas que se pueden mejorar: las cortinas son demasiadas cortas y todo el mundo puede ver lo que se pasa en la recamara, no hay mesa para comer lo que es problemático (si hay una cocina es que vamos a cocinar y entonces comer... necesitamos una mesa con sillas), el desayuno es un poco ligero y es un poco ruidoso por la noche y temprano por la mañana. El depa esta muy bien ubicado (500 metros del mar) y es muy limpio. Ademas las personas del hotel son muy amables. Consejo este hotel.

Awesome place, great value. Is exactly as advertised. Good location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and the beach. Patio has amazing view of the ocean. Comfy bed and has air conditioning. Vasiliy is a great host - very responsive and knowledgeable of the area and which vendors are safe to use for activities and excursions. No hidden fees. Host is very upfront about how everything works and the cost. You have to pay additional for the electricity bill but it doesn't cost much at all - we had AC on almost the whole time for 5 days and it was about $70 US. Would definitely recommend. We'll be back!

Vasilys place is a gem! This place is really clean and nice. The beds are super comfortable, ACs work great and blow Cold air! Literally steps away from the beach and there are shops next door. Restaurants and bars to the back and you can even buy a day pass to one of the nearby resorts to use their ammentities. I wish I had seen this place sooner or would have spent my entire trip here.
