It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. I have never been on a much more comfortable boat as that of Fortuna 42 Boat. It is stacked with comfortable features like beautiful spacious cabin with white leather coaches, TV, bar, shower and toilet. Thank you for the private fishing experience, I will live to tell it.

From the moment the bus arrived, we knew this was going to be a great plan. The plants were stacked in beautiful colours, one could have had an orgasm walking through the Eco garden. I watched them swim in the cleanest lagoon and the sheer joy in their eyes totalled the whole experience.

I was thrilled by the beautiful school of fishes. The story behind this breathtaking aqua view is deeply historic and deeprooted. The bus picked us and dropped us off at the apartment where we stayed. The experience to be rated 10/10.

There was no better place to spend our 3rd Wedding Anniversary than Flor del Mar, 4C which was the cherry atop the cake. From the moment we were welcomed by the guide and taken on a tour of the island we knew we had arrived in paradise. The private apartment is perfectly located and everything you would need is supplied including wifi, TV set and a beautiful view. The house itself is modern, well equipped and beautifully appointed. Lovely Secret Private Paradise Right on the Beach! – Flor del Mar, 4C is the place to have the most sensual privacy in Punta Cana.

This was my first time using Airbnb so I was a little uneasy but I’m so glad I did it! The apartment turned out to be just like the pictures absolutely amazing! The rooms were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the beach was the icing on the cake! You do pay for electricity but it’s inexpensive, we stayed 4 nights ( 3 couples) and our total was 41.00. Vasiliy was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had, he even setup our pickup from the Airport. Alex was also great he gave us tips on what to do and where to go. Everything about this place including the hosts get a perfect 10 from me!

Awesome stay! Right on the beach! Vasiliy was super quick with responses and very helpful! His assistant Alex was great in helping us check in and out! We loved the place and enjoyed the small grill out on the porch! Would definitely love to come back soon!
