It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

My wife and I recently had an anniversary, our relatives gave us this excursion. We chose Xenotes Caribe and Zip Line Eco Splash and Cruise. We work with her very much even though we are newlyweds, but we do not see each other often. I liked Zip Line more, of course, she liked a cruise. but even with a few different interests, we spent time together, and this is the main thing. Of all the excursions for the whole day, this is the most active and romantic. My wife and I had a great time. Thank you for that!

I am going to make this short and sweet. Vasiliy place is top notch. The pictures online doesn’t compare to seeing this place in person. I love the personal touches to the place. Vasiliy’s place was so comfortable and inviting I didn’t want to leave,unfortunately it was time for me to go. I will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

I was on this excursion with the family. Children very much had liked Snorkeling, but for me was to have a good time with my wife. With pleasure, we will eat again as we will arrive in the Dominican Republic.

This apartment have everything you would need for filling in Paradise. Perfect location just two step to beach Very good and safe are,a from 2 to 10 minutes access to various cafe and restaurants . Past several years my family take vacation in Los Corales area for this reasons =>perfect beach good food friendly service Have nice vacation time and come back in next year again

My stay at Vasiliy's home was great. We arrived almost at night, and his assistant, Anna, was waiting for us next to the property. One thing we noted that the residence really was secure, and we get a temporary pass. The condo itself was sparkling clean, we noted that metal surfaces were well polished to a shine, which adds comfort and child joy to the first impression. It's a spacious place, comfortable. Beds and mattresses are new and we noted they are not cheap as can find in some hotels. It's a nice place to stay with kids of different ages, and the stairs are not a problem, as they are comfortable and we did not worried when the children were playing there. The view from the top roof is amazing, and we loved to stay there and on the balcony. We haven't cooked at home except for some sandwiches, we enjoyed few restaurants in the around - you can find different in some minutes walking, and we found normal prices and tasty food. Beach is right here, the location is tranquil, without loudcars or music, everything is illuminated and very nicely arranged.

What can be better than a massage when on vacation? A good massage! These guys are just magicians. We loved it! Highly recommed.
