It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Anna and Vasilly were amazing! We got there at 2 and Anna was gracious enough to let is check in early as the condo was ready. She gave us helpful tips and answered all my questions any time of day, she was available with a great attitude. She set up all our transportation and activities. She made it so seamless all we had to do was show up. The co do and beach were just as advertised. Steps to the beach, which had an abundance of chairs and palaces. The water and sunrises were gorgeous. There is siocasa right on the beach and they serve food and amazing drinks. I would only suggest going to the store right away and cook as many meals as possible, as I was not impressed by any restaurants except for the coyote grill, they were wonderful. All the other restaurants had the WORST SERVICE! Also avoid all the scammers on the beach they are worse than the restaurant service. Anna will tell you to just say no and she is correct! Back to the condo, it was nothing short of amazing and they were 5 star hosts. We are gonna book for June already! Anna, you rock!

The apartment is dirty. The view from the balcony is the best part. It’s hard to find this place and parking is a challenge. The hosts are a management company that is trying but they seemed very busy. All told I give it 2 stars.

Very cozy and clean apartment, location is not far from the beach in a quiet area, quick response to all your questions and wishes. What else is needed? Totally recommended.

Superb location. Staff were a pleasure. One of the mornings I was late for breakfast but the staff went back into kitchen and made some breakfast for me. Also I needed a room change and they were splendid about it.

As everybody who travels in unknown country for the first time I was a little bit nervous. But everything has been awesome: clean, spacious and cozy apartment, excellent location just right on the beach and very close to a lot of restaurants, shops, positive and attentive people... So what else I can say? Great experience, definitely will come again
