It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. El apartamento es muy acogedor y céntrico, a dos pasos de la playa de Bávaro. Espacioso y bien amueblado. Vasiliy siempre disponible para ayudarme con mis inquietudes. Agregaría más utensilios a la cocina, pero en general está perfecto. Volvería con mucho gusto y muchas veces . Gracias por todo . Me encantado este maravilloso apartamento y trato personal .

Es un estudio muy acogedor frente de la mejor playa de Bávaro. Muy bien equipado y amueblado. Todo nuevo y limpio. El anfitrión estaba allá para ayudarme con mis inquietudes y organizó transfer para mí. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico y en la misma playa! Volveré.

This is an excellent place to schedule your vacation. The apartment is steps from the beach that can be seen from the window, it is clean and have everything you need for your stay, the white sand beach is an excellent place to rest, additionally from the same beach you can schedule activities at sea, the site is safe with private surveillance 24 hours.

This place is great. Exactly as pictured. The location is key; very accessible and close to all activities. If you want to grab a bite the best place is outside of the condominium, there is something like a food truck court and you can find everything from Sushi, Venezuelan Cachapas to Dominican Cuisine. We were sad we only found it on our last night there. There is also a quaint Italian restaurant inside the resort space where you can grab some pizza. We arrived late at night so we ended up eating at the Italian restaurant the first evening. We explored outside the next days. The pool and the beach are a hop and a skip away. Note the pool closes at 7pm. We were happy to have the kids go down to the beach and watch them from the terrace. I woke up every morning to watch the sun rise and enjoyed every moment of it. Very tranquile! Anna and Vasiliy were very responsive, communicative and helpful. They helped arrange transportation from the airport and also to our next destination. The drivers were timely and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.
