It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

This apartment is in a private section of Bavaro with its own supermarket, bar pool and beach. You can come here and stay for a full weekend and never go out. Right in front of the entrance to the apt complex is a bar and some other restaurants if you want to try something different. We had a bbq in the rooftop and was a very pleasant experience. It has a family vibe attached to it. Overall I would recommend. It is not self-checkin so remember to notify host so they will be there at the time of your arrival. Moreover, host was very accommodating and let us have a bit of late checkout. A+

Oh my Gawd! This is the best vacation spot ever! The location is amazing because you're right on the beach with everything clos by. The hostess Ana was amazing.!!! She was very prompt to respond to all our requests and provided tips on what to do while we were there. My friends and i unanimously agree this was one of our bests vacation ever. We shall be back ! El apartamento es bastante seguro, cuenta con seguridad y tienes que identificarte para entrar. La entrega fue retrasada, llegamos después de las 4pm y se encontraban limpiando el apartamento. Te cobran el consumo eléctrico, el cual considero caro, solo nos hospedamos una noche y pagamos US$18... Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Perfect! Loved the location you couldn’t get a better view. I highly recommend this place and going to punta Cana, the restaurants out side are amazing to eat at our favorite was wacomole. The staff for excursions right out side the gates were amazing too. I would recommend getting a rental car. The only think I didn’t like was how hot the living room area was with it having only one ac unit, but we just opened all the windows and door to enjoy the amazing view. Would stay there again

Great apartment with amazing view and location. We stayed with eight people for five nights and really enjoyed the outside areas and the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely unique and probably unparalleled on the entire beachfront - we walked several kilometers on the beach and were still convinced that we had the best place. All other houses around are lower in height, the only thing you see is the top of palm trees and the sea. Anna, the object‘s manager, was very nice and responsive and helped us with several inquiries. That being said, the apartment has a higher potential if smaller details would be improved. It seems quite frequented and a little investment in thorough cleaning, better/more kitchen equipment and new furniture would probably be a good idea. BBQ outside was a different than on pictures. Some sheets and towels were stained, which is also quite unnecessary in an apartment like this. Some insects, but Anna reacted promptly and sent someone to deal with it, and you probably have to expect that in the DR. Watersports offer right in front of the apartment is nice, we rented kayaks, katamarans and went snorkeling. The beach was never full and we always found beds to use outside. The area of Los Corales seemed very safe and we felt comfortable visiting the supermarket or restaurants at night. All in all we would definitely recommend the apartment and we had a great time, but minor improvements would raise it to a really excellent level.
