7th Dominican Gastronomic Forum 2021
The seventh Edition of the Dominican Gastronomic Forum: Safeguarding the Heritage of Dominican Flavor, organized by the Sabores Dominicanos Foundation, will be held online through the portal saboresdominicanos.org.do from March 13 to April 10, 2021.
The forum is part of the activities of the international event in Italy, “Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2020: Our food, our planet, our future”.
The forum offers an inclusive research and analysis space, with an active integration of chefs, restaurant representatives, gastronomy experts, journalists, students and teachers from the hospitality, tourism and gastronomy areas of the main Dominican schools.
