It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. I just have to say, Thank you for making my friends feel welcome !!! I reaaaallly appreciate it. Vasiliy and his wife are great hosts! They helped me figure out the check in and the transfers for my friends. The apt is EXACTLY like the fotos! It is Beautiful !!!! We love it there, the only thing missing is a few fans in the rooms because if you dont want to turn on the ac it be a little hot for you but the breeze was just wonderful! But overall this was by far the best expirience in punta cana i've had and i know my friwnds enjoy it tons !!!

Amazing doesn't even begin to describe this apartment! Beautiful, super clean, spacious, steps from an absolutely beautiful beach, easy access to 2 small grocery stores and several restaurants (be sure you have the coffee with cream at the little French Pastry Shop--so wonderfully good!), rooftop deck to die for.......the list goes on and on. And, Vasiliy was a tremendous host--took care of so many things for us--arranged transportation from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana, helped set up an excursion to Saona Island, made sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions in an extremely timely manner and arranged for transportation to the Airport when we had to leave (Website hidden by Airbnb) I was a little worried to book an International stay through AirBnB, but Vasiliy made it such a wonderful experience--I won't hesitate to do it again and again.

The most amazing experience I could have asked for. Excellent customer service, great recommendations, very knowledgeable of the area. The place itself was so peaceful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Would definitely recommend 100 times over.

What an amazing time! You are literally on the beach with your own special guest service to provide for you. Vasiliy was great! Made sure we had 24 hour taxi shuttle to where every we wanted. He set us up with all the excursion and gave us places to eat walking distance which was really good food. If you are just looking for a relaxing time with a great beach front at your disposal, this is a great place to be! Thanks a lot Vasiliy!!!

Vasiliy was very attentive and made us feel at home . He always made himself one text or call away for any issues. The beach is literally footsteps away and you can't ask for a better location. I enjoyed my stay and would come again. He also offers excursions at a fraction of the price you'd pay at a third party company or hotel .

This was my second time staying in this penthouse this year. I stayed here in June and had such a great experience with Vasiliy and loved the apartment so much that I re-booked it for my September trip. Vasiliy is the best host I have had since using AirBNB. He is very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all expectations are exceeded, and that you are comfortable and also safe. I highly recommend him and plan to continue renting with him on future trips. The penthouse apartment is AMAZING. The location cannot be beaten, literally steps from the beach and the apartment has a modern luxury condo feel to it. Huge shower and bathrooms, beautiful bed and bedroom, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. It probably has one of the best views in the whole area and is an incredible value for the price. Don't hesistate, if you are lucky enough to find a time when the place is not booked, book immediately.
