It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Vasiliy and Nadia have been fantastic. Vasiliy just really went out of his way to help organize our trip. His advice on the excursions was really wonderful, and overall contributed to make our stay in DR and in his apartment a really spacial and memorable experience. We would highly recommend Vasiliy again to other Airbnb guests.

A group of us came down to Punta Cana for a friend's birthday and our first stop was at this Airbnb for a night. Vasiliy and his team went above and beyond to make our trip as comfortable as possible. We landed in 3 groups and the team picked us all up with ease. The space was beautiful,large, and clean. The rooftop deck was great, although we didn't have much time to enjoy it. The beach was such a short walk and Vasiliy had plenty of amazing suggestions of what to do and see in walking distance and in the rest of Punta Cana. A few of us moved onto Santo Domingo and he still checked in days after we left to see if we needed further suggestions. Overall, great space, great experience, and great personable hosts!

We had a rocky start with the uncontrollable issues but you resolved the issues and did your best to accommodate us in the short term AND majority of our stay. In the process, we were able to view 3 of your 8 properties as well (smile). Our worries were quickly eliminated because of the kind, natural connection we had with you, Nadia and Nico. We know good people when we meet them and we consider all of you friends for life. The A8-11 will be our preferred property everytime we visit Punta Canta. It feels like home away from home and we cant wait to share it with our other friends in the near future. They will quickly become your new friends as well. Great experience at A8-11 beachfront property. Vasiliy, Nadia and Nico are fantastic, authentic hosts. They are attentive your entire visit and are fast responding to resolve all of your issues. Awesome views and easy beachfront access - food options on either side of you and within a 10 min beach walk as well. Vasiliy's food service & delivery vendor is outstanding as well. We will rent this property annually in the future!!

Place is great! Make you feel at home! Vasiliy is a great host! We booked several excursions with him and he went out of his way to make sure he introduced the tour guide to us at 6:45am! That made us feel safe with any business he offers!

This place was amazing! Spacious rooms, rooftop jacuzzi and bar located in a nice neighborhood. I definitely enjoyed my stayed at this place and would return back!
