It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. YaaaaaaaaaaaY! Our Punta Cana experience would not have been complete if we had not seen the performances off the Coco bongo club. Very very crazy night! My girlfriend keeps talking about the dancers and how enchanting the displays were. I give it up to the Coco Bongo

My girlfriend and I and a couple of others had the dirtiest fun driving to Macao Beach in the buggy trip. It was so much fun with the group. It couldn’t be any better. This is recommended for hardcore lovers. 100% fun

My husband loved nature so much, we have a garden of flowers not too far away from the lawn. He would go there every morning as if paying homage. On the bus ride to the amazing Las Ondas cenote, I knew he was happy as he kept telling his friends he chose this experience for himself. I was amazed by what I found too. And his friends, with the way they made reference to the natural existence of Las Ondas cenote, I am sure they are tempted to be like my husband.

My husband does not know how much my love for him had increased since he decided that we were coming here. The amazing adventures I had parasailing, and snorkeling that were unexplainable. I just cant bring words to explain them. I watched my friends laugh hard while they drink, the friendliness of the guide team and the barman is next to everything. I recommend this Power Fly.

It was a great time sailing on the boat. I saw clouds, beautiful colourful clouds as we sailed through the coast of Bavaro. My husband and his friends, spent time checking out the aqua life, while we enjoyed music and drinks. I will do awesome to share pictures of this place with my kids.

After 6 years apart, we decided to do a reunion and we were required to come with our significant partners. Someone of us suggested that we rent the Villa Olivio 9 and when I saw the pictures, I was thrilled, not knowing there are so much more to be on the lookout for. The greenery, the natural breeze playing sultry music to us while we had our evening drinks, the beautiful achitectural layouts of the building, the WIFI, what more could we ask for...? I remember how I lazy around the pool just because I wanted us all to swim. I enjoyed staying at the Punta Cana village Villa Olivio 9.

We came to just parasail, as none of us had had the experience before. But we got more. The hooka diving is breathtakingly exceptional. I was scared about the Parasailing for a while but the Guide assured my team and me. He sounded so calm that he won me with his voice. The experience was superb. I kept on screaming at the top of my voice that "I cant believe this!!" The Powerful dive experience is more than the value for money.

I have a thing for food and it was one thing I was on the lookout for when we set out to the Vive Juanillo Unique Excursion. Again, Scape Park did the imaginable. Coupled with a perfect welfare to make our stay the best, they offer great food and gives a full peep into the colorful culture. At the Juanillo Beach, it was not less of a great experience, the feel of swimming in the natural pool is just refreshing.
