It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Keep in mind that you will need to pay a higher price for the electric energy! They wrote on airbnb but we didn’t read about this. And our value was 30 dollars per 3 days ♂️. They don’t have essencial itens for the shower. Anyway, the place is beautiful! Highly recommended!

The location was amazing! The pictures was 100% accurate. The apartment was beautiful. Right off the beach next to a few places you can explore. Normally I stay at the Hard Rock resort, but this trip I wanted to stay in the city. I’m glad I decided to stay at this property. It was amazing!! Had a few issues with water, but Anna and the crew worked round the clock to make sure everything was fixed in a reasonable timeframe and that’s all I could ask for. I setup an excursion with the family through Anna and it was fun. Anna was fantastic! I will definitely stay at another Vasiliy property in the near future.

The fotos are real, the apartment is exactly as it is in the description. We were 4 couples, but everyone had their own private place. There are 4 bathrooms with everything we needed as if it were a hotel (towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc) and several common areas. We doubted between several apartments but opted for this one because of a huge pool and perfect location. It took us less than 3 minutes to go to the beach, the residence pool is right outside, so the days after we had great party all night long in Coco Bongo and the Cave, we were relaxing by the swimming pool. There was no problem with the electricity, warm water and neighbours 🙂 The thing personally I liked more was the price. We were looking for a budget but superb property and the price was rather great for our company. The host is a real expert, everything we asked him we got answered immidiately. We also recommend a trip to Catalina Island to enjoy the most beautiful views on the island and snorkeling! I strongly recomend!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Vasiliy and Anna are by far the best hosts I’ve met traveling with Airbnb. The team is there to help you with whatever you need. Whether it is transportation, excursions, or just showing you the area. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the restaurants. If your considering traveling to the Bavaro Beach, do it. Skip the resorts and get the real experience.

This place is amazing just like in the pictures. The water is literally right outside your window. The host is super friendly, fast to respond, any questions, any help with anything he was there to answer and take care of it right away. Definitely worth the price. The kitchen is full equipped, I had trouble turning on the stove because is tricky since is gas stove, reported the issue they sent someone to help me ASAP. I was cooking right away. The only thing is the water has a weird smell to it. But i understand that the DR sewer system is weird. That’s something that can be improve, and seem how Vasiliy was a host I’m pretty sure he will definitely take care that. Definitely recommend this place is awesome, 5+++++ stars!!!
