It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Just returned home from my stay at Lovely Secret. I must say this was a wonderful vacation. If you are familiar with the phrase "what you see is what you get" then to those of you who are first time Airbnb users, Let me put your worries to rest.......... This is the Place !!!! Lovely Secret is every bit of the photos you see in the listing. Everything stated in the listing with regard to its location, amenities, and nearby restaurants are true and correct. I would advise guest to be patience as we were not able to find one of the nearby restaurants, but later discovered it after looking more closely. It was surrounded by trees, and turned out to be a great place to eat 🙂 As for the Host: You can't ask for a better host than Vasiliy, his wife, and there staff. I found them to be professional, friendly, honest, and ready to respond to any questions, or needs you may have. I have been in situations where the customer service from the host decreased after the 24 hours check in period, or after there was a problem reported. This is not the case with Vasiliy and his staff. We encountered a very small issue with an appliance in the apartment. But after reporting the matter to the host, his response was super fast. A repair technician was dispatched and within a few hours the issue was resolved. Vasiliy made sure we were comfortable with every step of the repair process by accompanying the technician to our residence, which was greatly appreciated. No need to worry, all appliances are fairly new as described in the listing. Unfortunately there are times when even new appliance can fail. Those rare situations are certainly out of one's control. Customer service was great, and we loved our stay at Lovely Secret. I would recommend this place to all who plan to vacation in Dominican Republic.

Vasiliy and his colleague, Alex, provided me and my girlfriend with an outstanding place to stay. Even before we arrived, they provided us with assistance and recommendations of things to do while in Bavaro to make our stay perfect. The service was phenomenal, to say the least. The neighborhood, where the property is located, was very safe and in a convenient location. If I ever go back to the same area, I will surely plan to stay at one of Vasiliy's properties.

As a frequent traveler to Punta Cana I would say this apartment was by far my favorite. From the beginning Vasilily was very responsive and accomadating. This apartments looks exactly like the photos if not better. The views from the balcony are breath taking. I enjoyed my 5 day stay in Cocotal. The area is very safe and secure with 24hr security. It is close to great bars and restaraunts and also the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Great place and location is very peaceful. We cooked so having modern appliances available to use was great and also the various seasoning spices was great! The place was very clean and the roof top deck with the day bed was wonderful. We used the barbecue grill while there too. Vasily was available to answer any questions. My family of four enjoyed it very much.

The location was nice, close to good restaurants and beach. It was a great experience staying nearby the locals but beware taxis are expensive so negotiate or take a moto taxi when you can. I LOVEDDD the patio, it was a nice little breeze..we didnt go on the roof top too much because it kept raining and getting slightly flooded and the jacuzzi doesnt get hot. We spent most of our time out exploring anyways. Food at the restaurants were super cheap. The only con was the sulfer smell from the water and the construction goin on next door. Other than that the location n place was perfect. Thank you!!
