It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

Having a safe supply of drinking water in the suite is a great asset. We enjoyed the location for its quiet solitude, enjoyed Walking around the golf course and the facilities. The cleaning crew was fantastic, beautifully clean unit, modern furnishings and high ceilings, the outdoor space is fantastic

Vasily and Anna were able to accommodate all our requests. We have booked this house for 12 nights. Vasily was able to answer all my questions right away and able to accommodate 2 separate groups of people from different parts of the world to make our vacations and family reunion simply perfect. My family has arrived from Europe 5 days earlier than our group from USA. There was no issue with a very late check in and it was quick. The house is located in the best possible location with a butiful views. We have encountered some little issues but Vasily and team were able to fix the problems right away. In addition, they provided a crib and a baby chair for my 17 months old daughter. Thank you! Anna

Excellent location! It is crazy close to the beach as described. The noise was annoying as it is directly adjacent to a resort that puts on shows 7 times a week. Fortunately the music didn’t run too late most nights. Electricity was cheap as the breezes cooled down the apartment enough so we didn’t have to use the AC. We booked a day trip to Isla Sanoa and that was worth it. What a beautiful place! Thanks for everything.

Vasilly and his host Anna were great they were very responsive and provided a lot of information to us when we needed it. The location was great and there were beds and towels for us to use.

FABULOUS! As others have mentioned, you are literally on the beach! Step from your building INTO THE SAND! Gorgeous wrap around views of the turquoise water and beach activities. Grocery stores, restaurants and cafes are within a 5-7 minute walk. The apartment is incredibly spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big, each with king size beds and full showers. (Note, lots of bath towels and beach towels are provided, but not washcloths. If you use washcloths for anything, be sure to bring your own.) The kitchen has essentials, a huge refrigerator and water cooler with as much bottled water as you will need. Anna was a lovely host/activities coordinator. Ask for recommendations, and they have it all. We booked a couple excursions last minute with absolutely no problem and our family made some unforgettable memories in Punta Cana! This apartment really is a great spot!
