There are 8 apartments on Los Corales Beach: 6 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Fully furnished and completely renovated, they have all the amenities for your convenience (gas cooker, fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker cups…)!
Within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, there are all the services you may need: bakeries, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, car rentals, and so on. Apartments of Florisel are located only 7 minutes away by car from the Cocotal Golf Course!
- Apartment A-101 is located on the first floor and features the area of 67,5 m2. Apartment A-201 is on the second floor and has the same area. These two apartments are united in the same property title where the total area of two apartments is established – 135 m2.
- The second pair of one-bedroom apartments (C-101 and C-201) are located on the first and the second floor respectively, with the area of 67,5 m2 each and the total area of 135 m2, according to the unique property title issued for these two apartments.
- The third pair of one-bedroom apartments is governed by the same rules: C-102 and C-202 have the area of 67,5 m2 each and one property title for two apartments with the total area of 135 m2.
- Apartment E-101 is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms. Its total area is of 90 m2. It also has a stunning ocean view! You can go out of the apartment and have a cup of tea or coffee enjoying the sea breeze!
- Apartment B-102 is a 2-bedroom penthouse with a private thatched-roof (palapa)! Its total area is of 150 m2.
