Because of a rising number of fraudulent payments with bank cards, we are forced to take additional measures to protect ourselves and our clients, and therefore, we kindly ask you to provide only a couple of documents to verify your identity.
Before charging you for the services chosen, we need you to sign a Confirmation of Purchase of Services and send us a copy of your ID and bank card, covering confidential information.
Send the Confirmation and copies to our email: everythingpuntacanallc@gmail.com. Please, read this instruction attentively before sending your data:
1. Attach a copy of your ID
Attach a copy of your ID (passport, driver’s license, or any other ID document), covering the confidential information if applies, just like in the picture:

Attach a copy of your bank card used for payment, covering the confidential information if applies, just like in the picture:
3. Sign the Confirmation
Provide us your email address and we will send you the Confirmation of Purchase of Services. It must be signed to buy any services offered by Everything Punta Cana S.R.L. Please, make sure the signature is absolutely identical to the signature in your ID.
This form must be a signed CC authorization form.
Other Things to Note
If you are using a bank card of another person, ask the cardholder to sign the Confirmation of Purchase of Services and provide their ID. The signature in the ID, bankcard, and Confirmation of Purchase of Services must be the same.
If the above-mentioned documents are not verified, we are not able to charge you, and thus, the services can’t be provided.
