It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. A fun experience for those who like to drink a lot and dance. We didn't drink much, so we enjoyed nature and swam. The ocean in Punta Cana is very beautiful!

We had a bumpy start at the beginning of our trip starting with the Lack of Bi-Lingual Team with Transportation Pick-up at the Airport & Maid (Jocelyn).Other issues were when booking we were advised to use his drivers for transport because they knew exactly where the villa was located. Our driver did not know the location. We were told that his drivers have access to privileged counters inside the airport and we wouldn't have to deal with crowds and the heat outside. We had to deal with crowds & our driver was not there on time so we had to wait outside in the heat for about 40 minutes. The villa was warm upon arrival & not cool. There were flies because they left windows & doors open with no screen. No hot water, drainage issues, wifi not working in all areas, tvs not working properly, need updated appliances like the stove not open & closing, no manual in the home to show how to operate items like AC, TVs. As seasoned travelers who stay at 5☆ villas we are used to better conditions

Villa Waterfall was nothing short of amazing. Vasily was always super responsive and helpful in making our stay a great one. Great property with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The staff were very polite, responsive, and professional. Definitely worth the return.

I love this place and everyone involved. I already feel like family. This is my second time renting. Thank you so much, Nadia, for your treatment and attention. A very decent and kind person. I would like to highlight Sobeida, who has been very kind and welcoming to me and my guests, as well as the cleaning staff, always with a beautiful smile.
