The villa is located in Cocotal Golf & Country Club, in the heart of the most famous area in Punta Cana – Bavaro. It is about 15 miles (24 kilometers) from Punta Cana International Airport, which is about a 30-minute drive.
The villa is approximately 650 yards walking distance to the golf clubhouse, where you will find a swimming pool area, playground for kids, restaurant and bar, paddle tennis courts.

- The convenient location allows you to easily walk from the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club to the shopping village of Palma Real.
