It is important to tell about the area in which the villa is located. The villa is situated in the Cap Cana area, which is a neighborhood in Punta Cana. So, Cap Cana is located just 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

Moreover, this is one of the safest areas in the Dominican Republic. As you may already know, Cap Cana is a resort and residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security.

On your right of the lobby area, you will find:

And directly from the living room, you can get to the pool, outdoor lounge, and garden. On the left side of the lobby is the covered dining area with a beautiful dining table for 12 people. And just from the dining area, you have access to the outdoor terrace and dining area with BBQ there.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. It is worth noting that the services of a chef are also available in the villa, who will prepare the best dishes according to your meal plan.
But we must note that food and drinks are not included in the price.

Upstairs you will find five more bedrooms that have king-size beds

Since we have already described one, which is located on the lower floor, we will now consider the rest.

• Among these rooms, there is a master bedroom (70 m2 / 753 sq. ft.) with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a TV, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony with a view of the Punta Espada golf course.
• The third bedroom is 64 m2 / 689 sq. ft. and the fourth one is 66 m2 / 710 sq. ft. Both have air conditioning, a TV, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with the same view as the master bedroom.
• The fifth (38 m2 / 409 sq. ft.) and sixth (36 m2 / 388 sq. ft.) bedrooms are smaller than the others. Nevertheless, they also have everything you need, the same amenities we mentioned earlier. But what is most important, both of these bedrooms have ocean views from the balcony!
