It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Les recomiendo el Hard Rock Punta Cana para unas buenas vacaciones.... Показать все

The apartment was clean and as described. Vasilily was immediately responsive when a maintenance issue was raised and wore t arrived quickly. The pool is big enough to swim in and the site is gated with 24 hour security. It’s a short walk, about 5 minutes to the w beach. Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

la ubicación de la casa excelente, muy seguro y con un entorno hermoso, la casa espaciosa, confortable, camas en excelente estado ideal para un familión, nosotros fuimos 9 personas y aun podríamos haber sido mas......lo unico desagradable de la estadía es que por parte del anfitrión no se tomaron los resguardos con respecto a la electricidad, el agua y el gas, una tarde se corto la electricidad a eso de las 10 de la noche y desde esa hora hasta las 8 de la mañana estuvimos sin electricidad, por lo que no se podía hacer nada porque todo era eléctrico y peor aun sin poder encender el aire acondicionado, considerando el calor que había, otro día nos quedamos sin gas en pleno uso de la barbacoa a las 11 de la noche, sin poder recurrir a otra cosa porque la casa lo único que no tenia era horno como para terminar la celebración y lo peor, el anuncio decia que el agua la entregaba el anfitrión y solo dejaron una recarga de agua para 16 días que estuvimos, así que a comprar mucha agua.

Fantastic ocean view and beach access front the front to the sand. I was out for business unfortunately didn’t get to wonder out much and it was for the night only. Be prepared to pay a small electricity charge for what is used. Meter is visible and you can clearly see what’s used on your stay. The breeze was phenomenal and slept with all the windows open, felt fantastic. Busy and area was buzzing so is a good spot if you’re trying to explore the night life. Roman was the person I met at the property for the keys and he was there very quickly after the booking as it was a last minute book later in the evening. He was punctual for the checkout time as well. Very friendly, kind and personable
