It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Un muy lindo y reservado lugar. se necesita movilidad para ir a cualquier lado (rentar auto o Uber) apartamento amplio, decorado muy lindo y muy funcional. El tercer dormitorio es muy limitado, los otros dos son muy lindos y espaciosos, camas y almohadas muy comodas

Most importantly...Overall we were satisfied with our stay! Things started off a little rocky with the knob/lock. to the front door being broken and missing. My initial communication with the host wasn't as smooth as I would've liked - we had a difference of opinion regarding the timing for replacing the door handle. We essentially missed out on a day of our trip waiting for it to be completed. HOWEVER the door knob was eventually replaced and ultimately I think the communication issues were just a difference of opinions and culture. The home was GORGEOUS and the view was unmatched (worth the CLIMB up the many many many stairs! LOL). Our excursion pick up was literally right in front of the balcony for pickup and drop off and we booked it from sellers on the beach. The area is located pretty centrally to the things we wanted to do. There was seating on the beach and we spend a lot of time just soaking up the sun. . I would recommend booking this space!

Stayed here for my bachelor party and had a great time! It’s in a gorgeous location right on the beach!
The only downside was that we had to pay for electricity so we couldn’t always have the AC on unless we wanted to pay a large bill. This wasn’t clear to me before booking.
Besides that, it was well worth the price of the extra electricity cost of about $100. Just keep that in mind before booking!
