It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Ver más ↓

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Excellent place, I will for sure come back.
Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Ver más ↓

We had a great time at Villa Desire. The property is huge and beautiful, the place is large and exactly as described. Everything inside was nice and clean. Super large space that felt both private but also had the ability to hang in many places. The pool area was awesome too. The water was hot and toilets flushed.
Vasily was an amazing host. He helped us with transportation, food, guests, you name it. Anything we needed he was able to do for us almost immediately. He made the trip even better.
We would highly recommend this place to others going to Punta Cana

The villa is very similar to the pictures, clean, and well maintained. The staff members are friendly, responsive, and made our stay enjoyable.
A few comments regarding transportation and activities that may help future guests:
Note for the transportation: Transportation arranged through the villa was significantly more expensive than other options. For example, a 10 minutes ride could cost more than USD $100. We found Uber to be reliable, readily available, and much more affordable, with similar trips costing around USD $20.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the villa.

Nadia was very responsive right away and quite helpful. One small issue with a door and she had a handyman out to fix it within the hour. She set us up with a driver to and from the airport, which was very helpful and set our minds at ease. She also set up an excursion for us. It took the guesswork out of us having to find a reputable tour. The location on the beach provided a beautiful setting and stunning views. I have no complaints. 5 stars!!
