Great apartment with amazing view and location. We stayed with eight people for five nights and really enjoyed the outside areas and the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely unique and probably unparalleled on the entire beachfront - we walked several kilometers on the beach and were still convinced that we had the best place. All other houses around are lower in height, the only thing you see is the top of palm trees and the sea. Anna, the object‘s manager, was very nice and responsive and helped us with several inquiries. That being said, the apartment has a higher potential if smaller details would be improved. It seems quite frequented and a little investment in thorough cleaning, better/more kitchen equipment and new furniture would probably be a good idea. BBQ outside was a different than on pictures. Some sheets and towels were stained, which is also quite unnecessary in an apartment like this. Some insects, but Anna reacted promptly and sent someone to deal with it, and you probably have to expect that in the DR. Watersports offer right in front of the apartment is nice, we rented kayaks, katamarans and went snorkeling. The beach was never full and we always found beds to use outside. The area of Los Corales seemed very safe and we felt comfortable visiting the supermarket or restaurants at night. All in all we would definitely recommend the apartment and we had a great time, but minor improvements would raise it to a really excellent level.

Beautiful location , nice hosts , quick response, very respectful

This place is great. Exactly as pictured. The location is key; very accessible and close to all activities. If you want to grab a bite the best place is outside of the condominium, there is something like a food truck court and you can find everything from Sushi, Venezuelan Cachapas to Dominican Cuisine. We were sad we only found it on our last night there. There is also a quaint Italian restaurant inside the resort space where you can grab some pizza. We arrived late at night so we ended up eating at the Italian restaurant the first evening. We explored outside the next days. The pool and the beach are a hop and a skip away. Note the pool closes at 7pm. We were happy to have the kids go down to the beach and watch them from the terrace. I woke up every morning to watch the sun rise and enjoyed every moment of it. Very tranquile! Anna and Vasiliy were very responsive, communicative and helpful. They helped arrange transportation from the airport and also to our next destination. The drivers were timely and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.

Vasiliy and Anna were perfect hosts. After accommodating me and my guests on very short notice, they checked in throughout the day to ensure that we remained pleased with our stay and offered useful tips regarding the area and travel accommodations upon request. After a rocky start to our trip to Punta Cana, Vasiliy and Anna saved the day. Not to mention, the views from the living room, master bedroom, and rooftop are simply unrivaled! We took tons of pictures on the premises because the place was so picturesque. Additionally, this location is literally 10 footsteps from the beach. The neighborhood is brimming with great restaurants within walking distance. All in all, our stay was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much, Vasiliy and Anna!

The location is on the beach, the penthouse is very spacious, responsive and wonderful hosts, safe and gated neighborhood.

This vacation was a 40th birthday present for my husband. We booked one year in advance. Working in the hospitality industry, I've heard horror stories and had my concerns with such a big commitment. Before I booked, Vasiliy answered several of my questions quickly and professionally. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my reservation. His customer service never waivered even as I contacted him throughout the year prior to my stay. As we landed in DR, our prearranged transportation was easy to locate and friendly. The property is only 20-30 minutes away. Upon arrival, Anna, our hostess, greeted us with a smile and homemade lemonade, which was delicious! As soon as we entered the condo we were speechless. It was so much more than we expected. The kitchen was spacious with all the needed utensils, appliances and seasonings. The living room was perfect for our party of six with ample seating. The bedrooms were huge, each with their own bathrooms. And THE VIEW was breathtaking. We felt like royalty, especially with our own cabanas on the rooftop. In addition to the condo being phenomenal, it is also located in a gated area, VERY safe. It's also walking distance to several local restaurants, grocery stores and shops. We loved exploring not only the beach but also the neighborhood. In conclusion, I would recommend not just the condo but the people and location. We will never forget our trip and the BEST vacation we've ever had.

It was a fantastic Trip. The ocean view is the best in the area! We'll definitely visit this place again soon. The Team was really helpful we booked a Yacht and Coco Bongo! It was an insanely great experience.

I was looking for an option for my hen party for a few days. A friend of mine recommended this page to me. She prefers Punta Cana for her holidays and always chooses an apartment on this page. First I looked through different apartments and villas for 8 people, but then decided to contact directly. I received an email with several apartments set directly on the beach. But this apartment attracted my attention most of all. It is awesome! The team helped me organize my hen party exactly as I wanted! They decorated it with balloons, flowers, helped organize snacks, champagne, sweets. We spent there 3 days. My girls really liked the weekend. And I could not even dream of a better hen party! 

My family stayed here for my sister's luxury beach wedding. The experience we had was heavenly. No doubt, the staffs were of a good report, the pictures were not misleading as everything was the way it should be. Free WiFi, adorable view, we enjoyed the natural breeze. I tell you there is a good life waiting for you at the Perfect event venue in Punta Cana on the beach!
