It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Показать все

It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. We loved our stay! Quiet, but close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Definitely a great value for the price. There is some minor construction/renovations going on at the property, but nothing that disturbed our stay. Most appreciated is how responsive Nadia was to all of our questions before and during the trip, and how kind and accommodating the hotel staff was -- from the girl at the front desk to our driver to the woman who brought breakfast to our room. Would stay again!

The pictures don't do this place justice especially the rooftop. Alex was a great host and even though I traveled solo I felt very comfortable. The place is literally right on the beach and walking distance to a few eating places. I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again.

Hands down Vasiliy and the team provide first class service! We stayed for 1 night and it's a night we will never forget. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, he's very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with all accommodations. I booked all my transportation needs through Vasiliy and the drivers were all amazing. Crazy thing is I'm Dominican and never been to this side of the island and let me just say that I regret not doing it sooner. The location and area of the home is beyond great with amazing views. You have a lot of options within walking distance to shop and eat. Also, after weeks of trying to propose to my now fiancé in Boston and not being able to do it cause of the weather, I was able to pull it off thanks to Vasiliy, his wife, and her assistant. I'm glad that it happened in Punta Cana and I will forever remember Vasiliy and his team for this. By the way, Alex was great and a pleasure to talk to! We will be visiting more properties in the near future. Thank you guys for everything!
