It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Amazing condo in a very safe community! A car would be nice, but we did it without one. Transportation from the airport to the resort was organized and then most excursions provided pick up from the front gate, which was about a 7-8 minute walk from the condo. The clubhouse pool was very close and very nice. The swim up bar was not open everyday, but you can always get drinks from the clubhouse. The manager is very nice and will help you plan some excursions, but it seems that they have relationships with a few companies they prefer to promote. They get you a great deal though. If there is something you want to do, you can always plan it yourself as well. The beach is about a 25-30 minute walk, or about 5-7 minutes on a mototaxi, if you're up for it. Market and mall is right across the street. There is a mini market inside that is open til midnight I believe and it appears they will deliver to your residence. We didn't know that and had to carry a lot of groceries back, but we stayed for 10 days and got a lot of food. We kept our electric bill for our 10 days under $30 USD. Don't run the air, open the windows!! TV has Netflix and the WiFi is fast! This was a great place that was clean upon arrival and the staff was wonderful. It's not a beachfront resort, but is close enough to everything you could possibly want to do in Punta Cana and you feel very safe in the Cocotal Community!

Vasiliy was great to work with. I was off my game in some of the booking aspects ( accidentally booked the wrong week!!) and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The level of service during the stay from him and Alex was responsive as well. They have a tough job compared to other Air Bnb hosts as the Dominican is tougher from a language and logistical standpoint than other places, but they rise to the occasion. The place was great and right on the beach as advertised.

Vasiliy's place was absolutely perfect, exactly as the pictures and even better I would say. Pictures don't represent all the beauty and cleanliness it actually provides. The apartment has everything you need and nothing you don't. Location of the apartment couldn't be better. Right outside the condominium you have restaurants, biggest brand hotels, shops, bars, clubs, etc. As far as Vasiliy's service, I have to say that as a Airbnb host myself I was extremely impressed with his efficiency, fast replies, helpfulness, informative messages constantly, and even going extra miles to help you with anything you need, I can't say enough about the great service I received from him and his team, definitely your stay or any of his place is 100% guarantee or I'll pay for it myself Thank you so much again Vasiliy' and I wish you all the best in your business, you are definitely doing a great job.
