It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Показать все

It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Great condo and building in an amazing locations. Close to delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Very responsive host with a fantastic team that ensures you are not worrying about anything upon arrival. Friendly locals and safe.

The service and communication was impeccable it was like we were in the same room. The house was exactly like the pictures. Helpful neighbors, a knowledgeable host Alex, a swifty handyman Nico and as promised Superhost Vasilly. The sun tanning deck provides the most beautiful view. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My stay in Punta Cana (4 nights) could not have gone better. The apartment location is exactly what I was looking for - located just on the beach, and a short walk from beach restaurants, clubs. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and in immaculate condition. But what really made the stay enjoyable was Everything Punta Cana and Vasiliy, who is a great host. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and gladly gave us some tips on local restaurants/bars and sights. We also had a few small requests that he responded quickly to. Overall lovely experience - and I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Dominican Republic

Vasiliy offered transportation from the airport and when our flight was delayed over 7 hours took care of calling them the changes. It was so nice to be met and delivered straight to the door. The place is very clean and just 3 minutes from the beach, a gorgeous white sand beach with a café on the beach for those tropical drinks and cold beers. If you tell the guys renting chairs you are in Los Corales and show them the key tag you get the chairs gratis. A nice bonus! The kitchen is small but has a blender, coffee maker and toaster along with a microwave- there are 2 restaurants steps from the property and even more within 3 blocks and we used those during our stay. The gated area you stay in has beautiful landscaping and feels a bit like southern Italian architecture. I would recommend if you sleep in the top bedroom to be aware it is noisy at night because of the restaurants but you can close the windows and turn the AC on. We had a great stay and would recommend this to anyone traveling to the Punta Cana area!
