It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Показать все

It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. The place is amazing. The living space is large and beautifully furnished, with a kitchen, a living room, three balconies, and three bedrooms. It is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood that's only a minute's walk from the gorgeous, white-sand Bávaro beach. There are tons of great bars and restaurants nearby, all very easily accessible on foot. My friends and I felt very safe the entire trip. The team responded to inquiries in minutes. I highly recommend this apartment. You won't regret it!

I think that a boat trip to Saona Island is the most popular excursion for those who have their vacation at Punta Cana and Bavaro resorts, because the Island is situated just 50 km south west of Punta Cana. We enjoyed the speed boat ride that was really a great fun. When we reached the island we were struck by an amazing view: palm trees, pure white sand, surrounded by the Caribbean sea with unbelievably crystal water. It is a real paradise with its breath-taking nature... The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were a lot of people around who also were on the Saona day trip.

During our stay in Punta Cana we decided to visit the Scape Park and chose a dual pack. Due to this pack, we took a countryside horseback riding and Hoyo azul eco tour. I enjoyed more Hoyo Azul trip. It’s a natural pool with crystal clear blue water. The water is a little bit colder than in the ocean, but overall it was awesome. If you dare, you can even jump into the water, well, or just swim in this natural pool located in a cave.

We went diving with a very good and experienced instructor, who at first gave us all the instructions that were easy to understand. He explained us all we needed and we immediately realized that diving is a very safe entertainment, thus we could get much more pleasure from what we saw. The Caribbean underwater life is beautiful, the purest and blue water, fish, everything so perfect! That was a real connection to nature!
