It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Показать все

It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. It was really a perfect and great whale watching tour! We saw tens of whales in March. The Everythingpuntacana team organized a transfer from Punta Cana,The point was not so close, but the bus was comfortable, so that we didn’t feel fatigued. We saw huge whales, took maaaany cool pictures, had a traditional Dominican lunch, and then were dropped off at our apartment in Punta Cana in the evening. We absolutely enjoyed the excursion and recommend not to miss the opportunity to book it. But pay attention that the whale excursion period is strictly limited, cause these magnificent whales come to the north Dominican coastline in the months of January, February and March. Anyway, I recommend first of all to get in touch with the support, the guys react very fast. It was really a stunning experience that we’ll never forget.

Great condo and building in an amazing locations. Close to delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Very responsive host with a fantastic team that ensures you are not worrying about anything upon arrival. Friendly locals and safe.

This apartment was great and Vasiliy and team were great hosts. The apartment had a wonder rooftop terrace with cabana beds, sofas and bbq which was a big hit! We enjoyed our stay with Vasiliy!

Vasiliy is the greatest host! He is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to help you with anything you need. This place is amazing! It is right on the beach, which feels like a private beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas, and the sea just feet away from you; nothing like the overcrowded all-inclusive resorts. And you can always pop back to the fridge for a cold beer:) We didn't use the onsite facilities for cooking but they are available, and there are plenty of restaurants around. There are also security guards everywhere so it feels very safe. Thank you Vasiliy for providing us with the place for a wonderful vacation!
