It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Показать все

The location couldn't be better, honestly! Right on the sand - and walking distance to a market and restaurants (our favorite was Wacamole!). Watching the sunset from the living room/porch was an absolutely joy - just so, so beautiful. Note: there are a ton of folks (in white shirts) trying to sell you things (goods/excursions, etc.) on the beach right outside of the airbnb. Just send them off with a kind, "no thank you" and continue to ignore until they get the picture. This wasn't a huge problem for us. Other notes: be sure to communicate clearly when you're checking in and checking out! Communication can be a little shoddy - and you want to make sure check-in and check-out are seamless. There were a few complaints about appliances - (an A/C unit that spit on the bed when turned on, the master bathroom shower head not screwed into the wall + a completely clogged drain), which is why this property didn't get five stars from us, but hopefully the property manager fixes them! All in all - a great stay (five stars on location alone!) for the investment.

This place was really good. Vasiliy and Alex responded immediately when contacted and commucation overall was great. Apartment was nice and everything worked well. We can surely recommend this place to anybody.

This place is really close to a nice beach and lots of restaurants. Keep in mind that DR is not first world and you are not in a resort. Sometimes the water shuts off in the building without warning. When we checked in there was a huge bubble Of water hanging down from the master bedroom ceiling. Vasiliy’s asst checked us in and when we noticed the bubble he immediately had someone come and drain it for us. The tub on the roof definitely does not get hot so just forget using it. There is a pool at the complex that is okay but you really just want to head down to the beach. The roof is gorgeous and a great place to hang out, it’s shaded for daytime which is great. We were 6 adults and one baby and we were very comfortable. The place is very clean, no bugs! The fixtures in the master bath were a bit janky, ie the towel rack was broken and the hook for the shower head fell apart pretty easily but we put it back together. Everyone had a nice time. We went out a few times for dinner and breakfast and the beach was super close!!!!

Vasiliy's rental fit our needs very well. It is spacious and its proximity to the beach is unbeatable. His staff was very responsive to our maintenance needs so that was an added plus. My only issue was with the speaker visible in the photos for the rental. It is almost impossible to connect to it using bluetooth or any type of digital cables. I believe it needs a pre-loaded SD card or something like that in order to be used. Therefore I recommend bringing your own speaker if you want to enjoy some music during the little time you will actually be in the rental and not on the beach.
