It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Ver más ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. We loved staying 10 steps from the beach and the location was perfect to spend quality time on the beach. There is plenty of restaurants, beach bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. The studio itself has everything you need for a chill stay from a blow dryer, to a microwave, mini fridge, and safe box. I really wish there was a full body mirror in the bathroom and a ventilation fan so it doesn’t get sweltering hot. The room itself stayed super fresh due to the small size while the AC was on. They provided extra toilet paper and a large gallon jug of water for drinking. The downside was the nasty smell from the plumbing and the toilet would have a hard time flushing from time to time. I literally spent 20min one morning trying to flush a #2. The beach chairs and shade was a nice addition especially for morning coffee outdoors, I did spend some time picking up trash and feel like the beach part could be maintained a bit more. I saw used condoms on the ground near the chairs????

The Penthouse was amazing. We loved everything about it. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. And to wake up to the ocean view was incredible. We will definitely be back again

this place was great! we enjoyed each day and some times just wanted to stay in more so than venture out. the beach was no morr then 500 yards away. there was a mini-mart and breakfast bistro 200 feet from this bnb. many lovely places to view and see and security was prominent. vasiliy always answered within minutes as did his administrator whom was fluent in many languages and on the property in less then 1 hrs if needed. we could have guest with which in resorts you cannot bring outside guest. we had a chef but went with other options. the locals where amazing in helping and the rooms where Space-ish with no bulky objects. there was a pool to accommodate with warm water for sunset quick nightly dips. I only wish the water for showering and cooking would have been hit and pressure higher. the exterior is weatehred but the humidity in this place and moisture makes it to be that way. there is a full fridge and it took a while to cool down our beverages.
