It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Показать все

I have to say the staying at the property is a lifetime experience. This is my first time airbnb experience and Vasiliy makes me want to use airbnb in my next trip. His hospitality is amazing and I learned so much from him. I recommend staying at his property whenever you have a chance!

Excelentes atenciones de parte de Vasiliy, de Alex y todo el staff, el lugar es precioso, tranquilo y todo correspondia a lo descrito en su publicacion, buena ubicacion, cerca de la playa y del centro comercial, asi como de las actividades y amenidades del lugar, definitivamente recomendable, y yo en lo personal volveria a rentar.

Just returned to Michigan after an 8 day visit to Vasiliy ' Punta Cana penthouse. We are so glad that we did not do the 'safe' thing and book at one of the resorts. This was our first time visiting and even though we had very little knowledge of spanish language and culture, we really felt that we were experiencing Punta Cana. Alex, Vasiliys assistant went above and beyond to help us book excursions with trusted guides and was always available if we needed help with language or even finding an atm. The penthouse was just as described. Beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was perfect as well. It was a short walk to the best restaurants and shops. Walking to the right of the condo, you will find Canoa, a beach front bar/cafe where they make an amazing coco loco, fresh juices, and cocktails. We were able to sit in beach lounges while sipping from coconuts. The beach and water were amazing, never crowded . to the left of the condo, there are lots of great places to eat. No dinner reservation required! Our favorite place was Wacamole. The ceviche was delish and people there welcomed us like family. We made memories and friends. We are already planning our next visit. Can't wait to come back and visit again!
