It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. The location was a short walk to a nice sandy beach with a couple of yummy little restaurants on it. The Airconditioner’s worked great, they were very cold and the space is a great layout for a family, big or small.

This apartment was spacious and clean and just a beautiful place to relax on the beach or easily walk to restaurants, shopping or local entertainment. The views of the ocean were just breathtaking and the service provided here was excellent! Anything we asked for was provided quickly and pleasantly. We felt very safe here with lots of security without any diminishing of enjoying this natural setting. We were attending a family wedding so we had all ages and this was perfect for us. An excellent value for a large group. Thank you so much!

From the very beginning Host was very communicative. Vasiliy would answer my email quickly. He was very helpful and responsive. As I was coming after the hurricane Irma and Maria scare. Vasiliy was honest and understood my fears about not wanting to go . He assured my that the area of the rental was not affected and that they would be waiting for our arrival. When my party arrived at the penthouse we were greeted by the assistant Igor. His assistant was awesome as well; very friendly and interactive. I was with 5 of my friends on a bachelorette weekend. The place was beautiful at the very top right on the beach! My friends enjoyed themselves loved the views and the comfortableness of the the beds. It was beyond expected. When ever I need assistance Vasiliy and his assistant Igor where there to help me and my friends. Let me give you an example. One of my friends cut her toe on a shell. I emailed Vasiliy and he immediately got back to me with an emergency number. I contacted Igor and he arranged for a driver to come and take me and my friend to the emergency room. The driver stayed and helped translate for us and took us back to the rental quickly and safely. Vasiliy and Igor kept checking on us to see if my friend was okay. I really enjoyed my stay and I high recommend staying here! They are SUPER HOST. Things you should know about the place: -You can't flush anything that does not naturally come out from your body down the toilet. - You have to pay for electricity. To keep cost low unplug things, turn of lights and turn-off ac when not in use. Open windows let breeze in. -Look at weather report. If it rains make sure to close all windows. Water will get in. -No laundry usage on site. - Ask Vasiliy about excursions, restaurants, transportation, etc. He is awesome
