It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. The home is gorgeous you will definitely enjoy your stay. The photos are exact and the property is top tier. But be ready for cold showers. Only 2 of the rooms got hot water in the actual shower and I really didn’t know how much this would bother me as time went on but what could I do. The on-site person speaks only Spanish so just be ready with your translate app and you’ll be fine. The 5 bedrooms have great AC and comfy beds (no double beds so more than 5 people you would have to share) we were a small group so it worked out perfectly for us and everyone got their own room. If you need a blow dryer make sure to pack one and shampoo/body wash and all that they don’t provide. But there is a store A close drive away with groceries and toiletries pretty much anything that you need. the on-site house keeper is not only amazing and sweet but really took care of us and the space A++. The security at the front can be very weird with Uber drivers for whatever reason I’m unsure because of the language barrier but a couple times we had a hard time leaving the security gate and they were not very nice. But honestly other than that it was only 4stars because of the water if they can rectify that it is a absolutely beautiful place to stay and definitely worth the money

If you are heading to Punta Cana, look no further as this Penthouse is just amazing! Breathtaking views, plenty of space and right at the beach. Vasiliy and his team were amazing. I highly recommend the chef as well. Danny cooked for us all day and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you for an amazing experience and will definitely come back!!!

Un appartement à 2 pas de la plage. Il est spacieux et a le minimum d'équipement pour être autonome. Le plus appréciable : La fontaine à eau fraîche, les serviettes et draps fournis, les ventilateurs, les fenêtres équipées de grilles anti-moustique, le toit terrasse et la vue sur l'océan, les restaurants accessible à pied ( Villa blanco très sympatique) Le moins appréciable : L'appart est situé à proximité des bars et la musique y est très forte, tard le soir. Payer l'électricité en plus ( c'est étrange comme pratique !), la vue sur un bâtiment délabré sur la droite.
