It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Kontakt mit Vaciliy als Gastgeber, die Erreichbarkeit, check in und check out und der Aufenthalt in Vasiliys Haus - alles war PERFEKT ***** Die Anlage, in welcher sich das Haus befindet, ist wunderschön und der schöne Palmen-Strand sehr nah, alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Gefrühstückt haben wir in dem schönen, niedlichen Café Joy, was sich ebenfalls in der Anlage befindet. Alles soooooo schön und wir haben uns wirklich super wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen 🙂 Vielen Dank für alles! Sehr zu empfehlen.

The location of this condo is great. Steps to the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants and fun places. Vasilly was very helpful and responsive. The place does a have a slight odor but not due to cleanliness- the place is very clean. It is from the outdoors. Just suggest you bring an air freshner if you have a sensitive nose. Otherwise it was awesome.

The apartment is beautiful and just as described. It is right on the beach and the view is spectacular. It is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Restaurants, shops and activities are all within easy walking distance. Vasiliy is very easy to communicate with, and both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We had a wonderful stay.

This place was really amazing. It is exactly as seen in the pictures. I would definitely recommend especially if you have a group of people. The roof top is also really amazing I would come back here again with a group of 8 and do a little party on the roof. The area is also very vibrant and I felt very safe the entire time. So glad we chose this area over Punta Cana Village which is much more subdued. The rooms were very cost and touches like the iron and ironing boards were really appreciated. Alex was also amazing we didn't have to bother him much but he provided great information about dealing with the locals and where to go to enjoy the nightlife. TIPS: Go to the Macao and Drink Point. Also, we rented a car at the airport but had much more fun and felt like we saw more after we got scooters from around the corner to rent.
