It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Показать все

It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. This place was really good. Vasiliy and Alex responded immediately when contacted and commucation overall was great. Apartment was nice and everything worked well. We can surely recommend this place to anybody.

This place is really close to a nice beach and lots of restaurants. Keep in mind that DR is not first world and you are not in a resort. Sometimes the water shuts off in the building without warning. When we checked in there was a huge bubble Of water hanging down from the master bedroom ceiling. Vasiliy’s asst checked us in and when we noticed the bubble he immediately had someone come and drain it for us. The tub on the roof definitely does not get hot so just forget using it. There is a pool at the complex that is okay but you really just want to head down to the beach. The roof is gorgeous and a great place to hang out, it’s shaded for daytime which is great. We were 6 adults and one baby and we were very comfortable. The place is very clean, no bugs! The fixtures in the master bath were a bit janky, ie the towel rack was broken and the hook for the shower head fell apart pretty easily but we put it back together. Everyone had a nice time. We went out a few times for dinner and breakfast and the beach was super close!!!!

Vasiliy's rental fit our needs very well. It is spacious and its proximity to the beach is unbeatable. His staff was very responsive to our maintenance needs so that was an added plus. My only issue was with the speaker visible in the photos for the rental. It is almost impossible to connect to it using bluetooth or any type of digital cables. I believe it needs a pre-loaded SD card or something like that in order to be used. Therefore I recommend bringing your own speaker if you want to enjoy some music during the little time you will actually be in the rental and not on the beach.

For the price, you absolutely cannot beat the location. The space was clean, and although the pictures are accurate, it wasn't quite as nice as we thought it would be. A few small investments in the property could make this place truly perfect. We really enjoyed the walkability to everything and of course the magnificent beach which was 10 feet from our door. Our most memorable part of the stay was the beach stroll to Jellyfish and the excellent meal we enjoyed there!
