It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Vasiliy's place! The rooms were gorgeous and the location was safe and secure. It is well kept, and they were very clear about fees and expectations. Our electricity was only $7 US for a four night stay, without using the air conditioning at all. We would have liked to know that we should rent a car in order to get around town or to the beach, as the walks were a difficult and long (the closest beach was $45 and didn't seem particularly safe to walk). The pool and pool area were beautiful! We were delighted by the deck area, and it was very convenient to have a water cooler with unlimited water. Thank you!

The location is excellent (close to restaurants and with a nice beach), and the hosts are very responsive. They'll help you with any issue promptly. We had an issue with cable tv, and the shower and Vasiliy and his team fixed the problem very fast. The apartment is fine, but there are some things that could be improved to make your stay better. There is a heavy sewage odor in the bathroom and second room, maybe providing some odor eliminating products could help to decrease the smell. The kitchen is not so well equipped and the stove a bit complicated to use. If you are allergic to mosquito bites, get a good repellent (30% deet or so) because there are many mosquitos.

My wife and I, along with our 3 children (18, 15, 11) spent a week at Vasily's condo in Bavaro/Punta Cana. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Condo was exactly as the represented on the website. The place was very clean, neatly decorated, spacious and in a vibrant location (literally 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, transportation, etc). We arranged transport both to and from the airport through Vasiliy and had no problems whatsoever. We were quickly checked in by Anna upon arrival at the condo and had access to her and Alex anytime we had questions about the condo, neighborhood or things to do. We spent about half of our time exploring the beaches, restaurants and town close to the condo. We really like eating near the water so I highly recommend Onno's Taco Tuesday about 1/4 mile up the beach and an afternoon/dinner at Jellyfish which sits out on the point about a mile south and has chairs and daybeds right on the beach. The restaurants in town are excellent too - you really can't go wrong. Waucomole is a great place as well as Balicana if you like Asian. BAM Market worked out nicely for a place to pick up snacks, breakfast food, drinks, and for food for the days we cooked dinner at the condo. We also took three day trips. One day we went to scape park for ziplining and a swim in Hoya Azul. Incredible experience. Another day we spent the whole day at Catalina Island snorkeling, swimming, eating, exploring and having an awesome family day. This was a true Caribbean experience that our family won't forget. Both of these excursions were set up directly with Anna and Alex respectively and they were of the highest quality. One day we also chartered a fishing boat through Mike's Marina (highly recommend). Despite some rough ocean that day, we had a terrific captain and mate with good experience. We caught a few fish including a 35lb mahi mahi that we fileted up and split with the crew. We brought our half back to the condo, cooked it up on the grill and, along with some local sides and beverages, had a terrific evening on the rooftop patio overlooking the town. The only negative I would share is that it pretty loud at night, usually from 8 to about 11 or so as the resort across the street puts on a concert that is quite noisy. We didn't care all that much but I can see where it might be bothersome to some. Other than that, we felt safe the whole time we were there, the location was perfect for a great island experience and the condo itself was clean, comfortable and fun (especially the rooftop deck). For our family, it was a terrific place to spend our week and provided access to everything we had hoped for in our vacation.
