It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Our family of 9, 7 adults and 2 grandchildren had a great time. The property is spacious, clean and has a beautiful oceanfront view and is in close proximity to most everything you need. Vasiliy and team were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to schedule our shuttle needs and make excursion recommendations. Be aware that there is no oven in the property if you are one that likes to make meals while on vacation. We however did make use of the grill which worked great. I would recommend this property.

This apartment was literally beach front and amazing! The apartment was spacious and fit a lot of people comfortably! The apartment had a small terrace overlooking the beach which was perfect for lunch or a quick break from under the sun while still enjoying the beauty in front of you. Vasiliy went absolutely above and beyond as our host and even helped with things outside of just our stay. He was extremely quick to answer and very accommodating. We definitely look forward to coming here again!

During our stay in the Dominican Republic, this was one of the first excursions we had booked. After working routine I really needed a completely relaxing holiday. Honestly speaking, Saona turned out to be a paradise island. It was unforgettable! The Caribbean Sea is magic !!! The water is clear, warm and very beautiful! In other words, the sea, the sun, white sand, starfish were just the same things that I needed to feel relaxed. When you are in such places, you understand how beautiful and perfect our world is. What a pity that there are no hotels in Saona, I would definitely come to spend my vacation there if there was any hotel or apartment.
