It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. It is the most exciting and hottest club in the Dominican Republic. FANTASTIC LUXURY EXPERIENCE - this is how I can describe emotions I felt that night. The atmosphere was lively. There is also a large VIP section. Although it seems that the cost is high, in fact, it is a deposit that you can use during all the night. As for me, cocktails’ prices are high but the show and beautiful girls make the atmosphere unforgettable. And it is worth every paid dollar.

We purposefully went to Punta Cana to play golf. The villa has a wonderful location - right on the territory of the Cocotal golf club and residence. This is probably the safest area in Punta Cana and one of the greenest. The villa is huge, we liked everything here absolutely. And the most important thing is that you have a personal assistant who consults where the nearest shops and restaurants are and advise places to visit in the country. Guys, thank you for the excellent service!

We booked this minivan in advance as a transfer from the airport. The car arrived in time, it was comfortable and clean. We also asked for several water bottles and the team did it’s all best to make our road comfortable and fast.

The nightclub Oro which means gold justifies its name. It was a terrific night party. The show was amazing. Some time ago I have been to Coco Bongo and I was impressed by the show and performances, but now once I visited Oro I can say that I liked the party much more. Modern musical hits, beautiful dancers, a striking show program and free alcohol. More precisely, the alcohol is included in the ticket price. In general, everything is done so that you can have fun as it should be this night.
