It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Ver más ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Ver más ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. We spent the final two nights of our Punta Cana holiday at this property and we weren't disappointed! Having spent the previous 5 nights in an all inclusive resort, we worried that moving to an Airbnb would feel like a step down but it was quite the opposite - it was lovely having our own space and the chance to explore the local area. We really appreciated that all of the bedrooms were en-suite. It was lovely waking up in the upstairs bedroom as it had great views, was flooded with natural light and there was a lovely breeze when the windows were open. There were loads of restaurants a few steps from apartment which I wish we had more time to try. We had a tasty breakfast at Joy on our last day and had ordered some pizzas from one of the restaurants the night before. Communication was great with both Vasiliy and Anna (who checked us in and out). At one point, we had an issue with the hot water but on messaging Anna, she replied promptly and sent someone directly to us to rectify the situation. The apartment was in what felt like a very safe location, minutes from the beach and a short walk away from supermarkets, more restaurants, bureau de change etc. We would definitely return :).

Each time we come to Punta Cana I contact Vasiliy. So far he has been one of the most accommodating and quick to respond hosts. This time it was only girls trip so we were looking for a quiet and most important - safe place. This apartment was perfect for us, it's in a very modern residence, views are awesome, there is security and all in all it was amazing. Anna, Vasiliy's assistant was great and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, she recommended some activities, places to visit and when one of our girls cut her finger badly she took us to a medical center. It was very nice of her and much appreciated. The apartment itself is just what we expected - clean, fresh, had everything we needed and they even put some flowers which I liked the most. We prefer to cook our food (we've had some unpleasant experience at some Punta Cana places) so we could find everything we needed to cook for a group of 5. There were paper towels, drinking water (they provide more if you run out of it), we found coffee, pepper, salt and other basic stuff which was great as we didn't have to bother and bring it ourselves. I am definitely coming back to Vasiliy's places as I know that everything will be taken care of. Vasiliy, thank you and your team for outstanding hospitality!

My stay was above my expectations. I had never been treated in such a special way by the host who did his best to respond to any questions I had, give useful advice on where to go and eat the best local food. The property was very clean and beautiful. Many cute details and much coziness in everything. Loved it.

Vasiliy’s place was awesome. It was perfect for my bachelorette group of 7!! We were able to sleep and live comfortably for the 5 days we were there. Vasiliy was an awesome host as well. Always quick to respond to any issues we had and he also helped us with our excursions for 2 days. We booked our airport transfers and excursions through his company and everything went smooth. I was nervous about transportation out there but everything worked out great and we were able to walk to a bunch of restaurants nearby. Everything you need is walking distance from Vasiliy’s place.... restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, the beach, massages, etc. The only issue we had was the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms when we got there but Vasiliy sent his assistant very quickly to fix the problem. However, that particular room still didn’t get that cold. If you are used to very cold AC then please be open minded when staying here. The D.R. in general gets hot during the summer and their air conditioning and plumbing is very different than what we were used to. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others.
