It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Unique experience, my best emotions Positive: The best ocean view you can imagine! Tranquil area. You can enjoy yourself and have total privacy. Cleaning: - It was super clean. I am choosy about cleaning. But it was great. – Clean space, clean sheets. Centric location – everything within walking distance. The place – calm, and it’s super comfortable to sleep. The Host, - he took care literally of everything. They have a big team and learning all the time. Negative: street hustlers close to all local restaurants. They are noisy and try to sell anything all the time. Motorcycles – looks like they cannot drive at all I stayed at this lovely apartment with my husband. First of all, Vasiliy helped us to plan all our activities. We were ready and everything was scheduled. I fell in love with this feature. I didn't need to think about these things much. I just wanted to sleep and enjoy the beach, views, and the best food. Yes, I am a foodie! I was worried that the property would be affected by hurricane Maria. But it’s in perfect condition, everything is clean and works properly. The beach is clean and nice. So this part made me happy. It was something above my all expectations! Everything was nice and smooth right from the start. Vasiliy organized our transportation from the airport. We got back to the DR from Atlanta. The trip was exhausting but then we saw the driver with my name on wooden nameplate. It was a super comfortable trip. Vasiliy told us that it’s going to be $4 more expensive than regular transportation. But come on! Great AC with this heat plays a huge role, the driver was well educated. He drove us directly to the point. I had had an unpleasant experience with taxi drivers here before. They have no clue about any local directions! We were met by Vasiliy’s assistant. He showed us how to use hot water, all appliances like coffee machine, AC, TV. Where is the beach, how to ask for beach chairs. Even though it wasn't my first time in the DR. I discovered a lot of new things, about restaurants. We visited Tronco beach restaurant. We booked with Vasiliy Juanillo VIP trip that includes luxury meals and Hoyo azul. Vasiliy strongly recommended to book it. It was the best ever lunch in my life. Hoyo azul was the best eco trip. During our stay there was a minor issue with an AC. I sent a message and voila! A tech guy came and changed batteries in the AC control. The best part is that I enjoyed myself reading my favorite book with a fantastic ocean view. I always imagined this in my dreams. My dreams became reality! Thanks to Vasiliy and his team, they did a great job and exceeded all our expectations.

Located in a well populated area. Pretty much feels like staying at a resort and the beach is a few minutes walking distance. Highly recommended. The host was awesome and accommodating as well as insightful on the local scene.

I'll start with the property... exactly as described and as it looks in the photos. The place was just beautiful with beautiful scenery to match. The property was clean and had everything you would need to make you comfortable... I had a BBQ on the roof; amazing! The only piece of constructive feedback I was going to say was the wifi in the room was not good; however after about 3 days I saw that this issue had already been addressed. There was additional wifi in the room but because I didn't read my welcome message, I hadn't realised ( make sure you read your welcome message!) However the most valuable thing from my experience was the service I received with this team. They absolutely went out of their way to make me comfortable. Even before I arrived I noticed Vasily would respond to messages within 5 minutes despite the time difference (so even during the early hours of the morning for him). This level of communication remained throughout my whole stay. Unfortunately for me I experienced hurricane Maria whilst I was in the DR. Vasily and his team again went out of their way to reassure me and help me feel safe. I was moved to a lovely apartment away from the water at my request and they personally helped me move and carried my belongings. Igor even offered to stay with me so I wouldn't be alone during the storm ( this wasn't necessary as I had friends who stayed with me, but he offered which I thought was so sweet) and the next day he and Nico came to check I was fine and if I had any needs. These guys are world class. The service is 10* not 5. Amazing amazing amazing. I will definitely stay in one of Vasily's many properties should I return to the DR. And just to add the location is perfect! Right on the beach, lots of shops and nice restaurants locally (no need for car). My favourites were balicana, joy and captain cook (20 minutes walk along the beach). Special shout out to Igor, Nico and Vasili's beautiful wife! Xxx
