It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Показать все

It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Показать все

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Показать все
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Показать все

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Les recomiendo el Hard Rock Punta Cana para unas buenas vacaciones.... Показать все

WONDERFUL!!! It's too bad that they only give me 1,000 characters to write in this review, because their over 2,000 great things to say for this AIRBNB. 1. Nomar was the best! he assisted me and my guest with everything and he was friendly and very informative. He is very good at his job I felt as if I knew him my whole life. 2. The apartment overall was great, right on the beach and beautiful surroundings all day and also very peaceful. I absorbed all of the gorgeous weather and scenery. 3. The location and locals both are also great. One of the local Francis helped and provided me with all the markets and little necessities that we needed, (Ice, Juice etc.... Overall pleasant stay. I wish I could have stayed a little longer, but I definitely will be coming back. The apartment is spacious and big enough comfortable medium to large groups I would say 4- 7 people. Thank you Vasiliy!!.

The view is gorgeous, the apartment is right on the beach. No covering on the sliding front door, so no privacy at all in the living room from the neighbors. It's a prime location to be able to open the windows in the evening and enjoy the night breeze but there were no screens on any of the windows. We couldn't tolerate the amount of mosquitos that came in and chose to use the ac after the 1st night, electric bill was $143 for one week!!! Screens and darker window coverings would be ideal. Great location for the beach, but not so much for exploring without transportation. No wash cloths or dish cloths, only bath and hand towels. It's a 3 bedroom but there is only 1 tv, no tvs in the bedrooms, frustrating to have to share 1 tv among several people. Wifi only worked in the living room, no one could get service in the bedrooms. It's an ok place and the owner was very nice and responsive, but I prefer resort stays in Punta Cana with no ac bill and able to flush toilet paper.

Had a great stay, as shown on the photos the stay is directly connected to the beach. We we're well welcomed by Nomar. *For the EU travellers, keep in mind you pay extra for electricity. This is more common in this part of the continent.
