It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Ver más ↓

We stayed in Vasiliy's penthouse for 5 days and it was truly a great experience. All together we were 7 people and fit very comfortably in the apartment. Vasiliy's penthouse was very nice and clean. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and best of all the beach. Vasiliy is a great host as well. He made us feel right at home from beginning to end. I strongly recommend Vasiliy's place. I was extremely happy with my decision to stay there. Thank you Vasiliy!!

everything about the experience was 5 star. the host went out his way to arrange pick up for us from the airport and even offered to arrange transportation for our departure flight. the place and rooftop was amazing. beach literally right there. safe and secure area with great restaurants in the area. communication prompt and extremely responsive.

Vasiliy is an amazing host. He makes sure you have everything you need in order to get to the place and was very specific and nice when showing us around the place. He gave us great suggestions for places to go nearby in order to get the most out of the experience. Overall, he is a great host and I highly recommend him.

We recently stayed at this spacious pent house suite in the heart of Punta Cana. Vasilly was helpful from beginning to end. He hired transport for us which worked out perfectly. He checked in on the first night and chatted with us on the phone to make sure everything went well. He also let us know of places to go to for food and entertainment. He also stopped in one night to fix the microwave which was not working. During his visit he was very welcoming and heart warming. We (group of 9 young adult girls) felt like he was a very trustworthy person almost like our father. He told us about the night clubs and even hired a taxi for us that very night so that we could hit the town. At the end of the trip our transport arrived right on time as well! This place is conveniently located to the beach and near by restaurants. We really loved the food at Citris the food was so delicious!!! If booking excursions this place is also very close to a pick up spot that most places will pick up! We really enjoyed our stay in Punta Cana and felt very safe thanks in part to Vasilly and his crew.
