It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Ver más ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Ver más ↓

We had a great 2 night stay at this modern/cozy apartment. Our host, Vasiliy was excellent in communication prior to our arrival and made every effort to see that we were settled in comfortably. He was available 24/7 for questions and assistance. We have two small kids so safety is important to us when making our selection. Vasiliy's apartment was in a quiet, secure, guarded private residential neighborhood that perfectly satisfied our needs. It is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and several resort beach hotels. Would absolutely recommend for families and anyone who wants to experience Bavaro outside of the all inclusive resorts.

Leiligheten er moderne, komfortabel og ligger plassert på lukket område. Den har høyt tak, kjempebra aircon, stor veranda, ingen gjenboere og utsikt over golfbanen. Rett utenfor er et lite basseng, på området i gåavstand et stort klubbasseng med bar og med tilgang til resortområdet rett over gaten har du nok å velge i. Stort supermarked rett utenfor hovedporten. Vi hadde bil og lokasjonen gjør at jeg anbefaler dette. Du har egen parkeringsplass. På resortområdet kan du kjøre helt til resepsjonen. Egne resortbiler kjører deg til bassengene. Der er det bare å kvittere ut håndklær. Vasiliy er utdannet, dannet, serviceminded og har forståelse for hvordan det er å leie gjennom Airbnb. Svarte raskt på alle forespørsler. Leverte høy sericekvalitet gjennom hele leieperioden og hadde gode forslag på våre forespørsler til steder å besøke, plasser å handle og generelle tips.

This lovely secret was modern, unique, very private and quiet, right on the beach. Vasiliy and his colleagues were very warm and welcoming. The restaurants and markets were all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. I can't wait to get back.

There was many resorts we could have chose from for my best friend's Bachelorette celebration but us 5 girls wanted to enjoy DR in a fun, adventurous and of course safe way. Vasiliy our host did exactly that! When I met Vasiliy he was very genuine and accommodating with all our needs with the house, transportation and excursions. He made all us feel like a local and not a tourist. He knows the area well and he would give you great recommendations for food and excursions in the area. What we loved most was the deck area where spend most of time if we were at the house. A downside was the surprised that the living room area inside does not have AC and it was only offered in the bedrooms. Overall, We were all very happy with our experience at the Penthouse and with Vasily and his whole team. They did absolutely above and beyond. For sure if you would like to experience Dominican Republic like a local and not a tourist, Vasily will provide you with the best experience he can.
