Surrounded by lush tropical garden, it also features a swimming pool. It is located in the most secure gated community of Cap Cana. Golf car can be rented for extra charge. Electricity is paid extra.
The space
This five-bedroom villa is ideal for up to 10 guests. Located in the secure gated community of Cap Cana, this fully-equipped villa is a cozy and luxurious getaway for a family or a large group of friends. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with king- or queen-size beds.
The villa guarantees absolute privacy and unforgettable pastime! Fresh linen and towels are provided. Bathrooms feature Jacuzzi or showers. The rooms are equipped with fans and ACs. Wi-Fi and TV from the best provider are available.
The guests have access to a large private swimming pool and chaise-lounges. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils, such as stove, microwave oven, toaster, tableware etc. There is also a washing machine.
You can play golf near your villa FOR EXTRA CHARGE. Golf equipment and golf cars are rented for extra charge.

Other things to note
- We are proud of the unique location of this villa: in the center of Cap Cana, on the territory of the secure gated community. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
- Only residents with special passes can access the community. We will issue special temporary passes for you.
- The price of electricity is not included in the rental price. During your check-in and check-out we will note the electricity meter readings so that you pay the electricity consumed during your stay.
- Some photos of the villa in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with the professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
- Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the villa: we regularly change linens, décor and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We fumigate the villa regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the villa: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Excursions, transportation and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please, let me know beforehand.
Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation are carried out strictly in line with Airbnb policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
Neighborhood
This lovely villa is located right in the center of the world-famous Cap Cana residence with its amazing views. If you decide to take a break from your golf classes, you can bask in the sun for a while on the amazing white-sand Juanillo beach not far from the residence.
Enjoy your vacation and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling, have a meal in a good company at international cuisine restaurants or a refreshing drink in one of numerous bars, go shopping, visit sports or massage centers.
Getting around
There are taxi services in the district. You can also ask us to order transportation or rent a car for you. We are happy to organize any activities for you on your request. Please, mind that all additional services are paid extra.
